Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of GameChangers and the Assemble Teams Inc. platform.
By creating a profile, joining the founding cohort, or using any GameChangers service, you agree to these terms. If you represent an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
At first registration, your submitted credential information is frozen in an immutable record. You represent that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Submitting false credentials — including falsely claiming credentials you do not hold, impersonating another person, or submitting under a name not your own — is grounds for immediate removal from the platform and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
You agree to engage honestly and professionally with all platform participants. You agree not to misrepresent your expertise, qualifications, or availability. You agree not to submit applications for missions you are not qualified to perform.
Mission contracts executed on the platform are binding agreements between the contracting parties. Assemble Teams Inc. is not a party to mission contracts — we provide the platform infrastructure. Platform fees (8–12% on milestone releases for mission contracts, 8–10% on subscription charges) are automatically deducted via Stripe Connect at the time of payment and are non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ITAR, DFARS, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements applicable to your field. GameChangers displays compliance notices but does not provide legal advice or make compliance determinations on your behalf. If a mission involves defense or space sector work, ITAR obligations belong to the mission principals — not to the platform.
You retain ownership of all work product you produce for missions. By posting content on the platform (discussions, ideas, playbooks), you grant Assemble Teams Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other platform users.
The GameChangers platform is provided "as is." Assemble Teams Inc. is not liable for the actions of platform participants, the outcome of any mission, or any consequential damages arising from platform use.
